1. Timing of the Promotion:
   The MI Finest + Glacier Cannabis AirPods Sweepstakes (“Sweepstake”) begins on September 1st 2024 and ends on October 15th 2024 (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by October 14th 2024 at 11:59:59PM.
2. Eligibility:
   The Sweepstake is open to legal residents of Michigan, USA, who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstake is void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter:
   There are two ways to enter the Sweepstake:
   • Purchase Entry: Earn one (1) sweepstake ticket for every purchase at participating Michigan’s Finest. retail location at 39112 Van Born Rd, Wayne, MI 48184.
   • Free Entry: Visit the Michigan’s Finest location and request an entry form—no purchase necessary.
4. Unlimited Entries:
   Play as much as you like! Unlimited entries means the fun never stops! If you don’t win right away, you may keep trying.
5. Odds of Winning:
   The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6. Prize:
   
   •  One (1) pair of AirPods (Approximate Retail Value: $159.00)
     

   
   Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

7. Winner Selection and Notification:
   Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, held on or about October 15th 2024. Potential winners will be notified via email within 7 to 10 days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.
8. General Conditions:
   Participation in the Sweepstake constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstake. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstake, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstake, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
